The staff at the reception were organised, they answered all questions I had. Breakfast offered many options. The building's location near Victoria and Shudehill stations provided easy access. Mackie Mayor is close by and has delicious food.

The location offered convenient walking distance to the town centre. Nearby, I noticed many restaurants and bars, a nice amenity. The room provided both soft and firm pillows, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast included a buffet with gluten-free options.

I found the hotel to be somewhat tired. Carpets showed wear. The allocated room had an odd smell, something I reported immediately. The service at reception seemed inconsistent during check-in regarding payment methods.
